Following the September, 11 2001 attacks, Henry Primeaux gave much thought regarding how he and Crown Bristow could best honor our nations "heros" who selflessly fight for us each day. Having worked with sculptor Clayton Coss in the past, Henry knew of Mr. Coss' ability to create bold and dynamic monuments. Henry, Clayton and the employees at Crown Bristow worked together for several months exploring the possibilities for the monument. The image of a Firefighter was the final choice. Always on watch, bearing in hand a fire axe and an American flag, the Firefighter stands in silent vigil. |
